Eric has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. He met Ryan and Brad 10 years ago and has been a close friend ever since. He loves spending time with his family, serving those in his neighborhood and community, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Eric has been married for 20 years and has 7 amazing kids.

An engineer turned wealth strategist, the joke around the office is that Dan is our resident rocket scientist. Dan went from optimizing aircraft propulsion systems to optimizing personal financial systems for our clients. After watching many of his coworker's retirement dreams go up in smoke in 2008, Dan became passionate about learning how the financial system worked and finding tools and strategies to build sustainable wealth. The more he learned the more he found himself sharing what he was learning and doing with friends and coworkers. Eventually he realized he'd much rather be teaching people about finances than thrust-to-weight ratios, and he joined the Altitude Life team. Dan loves being able to meet clients where they are financially and show them how to develop the education and skills to build sustainable wealth that will lead to true financial freedom.

Scott feels blessed beyond measure to be a part of Altitude Life. He spent the first 20+ years of his professional career in various sales executive roles, including 7-years as a small business owner of a home improvement dealership. Finally landing in the financial services industry, Scott spent several years learning the life insurance ropes, first as an agent for a large mutual company, where he first learned about the Vault concept, and then as an agent for a high-volume term insurance broker. Additionally, he and his wife, Wendy, have owned rental real estate throughout their 20-year marriage. Now, as a Tactical Wealth Strategist with Altitude Life, Scott gets to follow his passion and teach people how to combine the Vault concept with investment real estate to accelerate their financial growth.

With a passion for animals and a master’s degree in Zoology, Kathy worked an administrative position at a zoological institution before coming to Altitude Life. Many years of experience working with records in a national database and building crucial processes to keep track of the welfare of thousands of animals made Kathy a crucial part of the team. With her previous record keeping experience and attention to detail, Kathy implemented and runs the entire underwriting department in the company. Her hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to the team ensures that all policies are precise and structured to the needs of each client.

Lindi’s business acumen has proven a key contribution to the growth and success of the company. Growing up in rural Colorado, Lindi was raised with the meaning of hard work embedded in her and pursued a work life that helped promote her ambition to build and maintain genuine connections with businesses and employees around the world. Her farm work ethics and generosity played a huge role in her previous experience managing multiple business accounts. Lindi uses those skills in the Altitude underwriting department to assure each one of her clients gets the same attention to detail and dedication as a corporate business owner.

Hector lives in Utah, is married, and has a dog which comes to work with him every day. His background in horticulture and experience in zoological institutions has helped Hector acquire a variety of skills that make him a great addition to the team. He likes spending time hiking with the dog and wife, as well as pushing himself to learn new hobbies.

As a previous flight attendant who spent her life flying around the world, Kelli experienced different cultures throughout the years. The time spent with people from all over the globe honed Kelli’s understanding of a person’s intrinsic value. A compassionate leader, mentor, and colleague in her community, in her spare time Kelli recruits, teaches, and manages volunteers at a local amphitheater to assist with crucial roles. These roles ensure events big and small run smoothly and without setbacks while the public enjoy the event. Her outstanding demeanor and attention to detail helps ensure each Altitude client is taken care of by filling out carrier applications and ordering medical exams when necessary. She helps bring efficiency to the team and ensures the company succeeds in a competitive market.
